Honestly no complaints. Functional hotel in a functional functional style building. Reasonably spacious and fairly quiet room, nice bed and quiet in the evenings. Excellent services, clean bathroom. Great location in the middle of jackson, in the pretty nice area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the speedy check-in/out process at Blue Mercury. The hotel staff was helpful and the internet connection was surprisingly good. Although some bathrooms had a slight odor, the hotel was willing to change rooms if available. The breakfast was decent, but it's worth exploring the nearby restaurants for more variety. Despite some minor issues, I found Blue Mercury to be a functional and relatively clean hotel. I would recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed for our stay. The hotel's location near the center was convenient, allowing us easy access to nearby restaurants like Samad.

Spent my xmas in a hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to many shopping centers and restaurants. The staff was very polite and helpful, always smiling and ready to assist. Another advantage was the great atmosphere, with nice decor and cozy common areas.
The cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some small issues with the room and public areas.

This hotel offers speedy check-in/out and surprisingly good internet connection. If you're looking for restaurants nearby, Samad Restaurant is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers delicious food. the bathrooms are relatively clean, and breakfast is acceptable.
Some rooms may have issues such as stinky bathrooms and mismanagement of reservation issues.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was exceptional and the hotel facilities were impressive. Transportation was easily accessible and the location near some cool restaurants made my stay even better. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
